At our future wellness center we will be offering “Qigong for Health and Longevity” classes to improve your health, increase your energy, and help your body maintain its strength, flexibility, and vitality throughout your entire life.

Qigong is a gentle form of exercise that incorporates soft, circular movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to refine and increase your “qi” or energy. It originates from China where it has been practiced for thousands of years by people of all backgrounds for improved health, mental clarity, and longevity.

Through our Qigong classes you will become attuned to the energy in your body and the environment around you and discover how to channel qi energy to optimize your health and heal your body naturally.
